Welcome to Talja's Blessings.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, digital content, subscriptions, and all related services offered through our online store (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Talja's Blessings, operated by Talja Sušec s.p.

By accessing our website, browsing our store, creating an account, placing an order, subscribing to our Mail Club, downloading digital products, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • original artwork;
  • art prints;
  • greeting cards;
  • stationery;
  • apparel;
  • mugs and other merchandise;
  • digital products and downloadable content;
  • Mail Club subscriptions;
  • and other products or services that may become available in the future.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.

However, colors, textures, brightness, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on your monitor, mobile device, screen settings, lighting conditions, or printer settings.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance of a product on your device will exactly match the physical product you receive.

Product descriptions, pricing, photographs, availability, specifications, and other information may be updated or corrected at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit any product or service at our sole discretion.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products or services.

All orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud;
  • pricing or technical errors;
  • product availability;
  • suspected unauthorized resale;
  • violations of these Terms;
  • or any other legitimate business reason.

If your order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.

Once an order has been accepted, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Returns, exchanges, withdrawals, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

All purchases are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale or distribution.

All prices displayed in our store are shown in the applicable currency presented at checkout.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • all charges incurred are your responsibility.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to selected destinations as specified at checkout.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and available shipping methods are displayed during the checkout process.

While we make every effort to process and dispatch orders promptly, all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of loss or damage to physical products passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

All content available through Talja's Blessings, including but not limited to:

  • artwork;
  • illustrations;
  • prints;
  • greeting cards;
  • stationery;
  • digital products;
  • downloadable files;
  • Mail Club content;
  • product designs;
  • graphics;
  • logos;
  • branding;
  • text;
  • photographs;
  • website design;
  • layouts;
  • icons;
  • product descriptions;
  • and all other original creative content,

is the intellectual property of Talja's Blessings or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Unless we have provided our prior written permission, you may not:

  • copy or reproduce our work;
  • scan or digitize any artwork or printed materials;
  • trace any illustrations or designs;
  • modify or alter our artwork;
  • create derivative works based on our products or designs;
  • redistribute or share digital files;
  • upload our digital products to websites, cloud storage, social media, or file-sharing platforms;
  • sell, sublicense, license, rent, or commercially exploit any part of our work;
  • remove or alter copyright notices or branding;
  • use our artwork, products, or content to train, develop, improve, evaluate, or test artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning models, generative AI systems, datasets, or similar technologies;
  • use our content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Digital products are licensed for the personal, non-commercial use of the purchaser only.

They may not be copied, shared, redistributed, reproduced, resold, or provided to any third party.

Mail Club materials are intended exclusively for the personal use of the subscriber.

Subscription content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, republished, or shared in digital or physical form without our prior written consent.

We warmly encourage our customers to share photographs of their purchased physical products on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing your orders and appreciate being tagged whenever possible.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or license to our intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may provide access to tools, applications, payment providers, shipping services, or other features operated by third parties.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

Although Shopify provides the technology that supports our online store, every purchase you make is made directly with Talja's Blessings, not Shopify.

We are solely responsible for our products, customer service, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and all communications relating to your purchases.

Shopify is not responsible for any products sold through our store or for any disputes arising between you and Talja's Blessings.

By voluntarily submitting User Content to us, you grant Talja's Blessings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share that content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting our business, including on our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

If we use your content on social media, we will make reasonable efforts to credit you whenever appropriate.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
